We have a great before and after for you today and one that we’ve been so excited to share! There were a couple hangups like a lot interior design projects typically have, such as a custom sofa that felt like it took forever to arrive. This client has been a long time client, doing a little bit at a time with me. At the end of last year they were finally ready to feel settled in their new home. The home’s architecture boasts some modern craftsman details like most new construction in the pacific northwest with dark hardwood floors and soft white trim and millwork. The kitchen has a lot of warm wood tones and rubbed bronze hardware that doesn’t fall in line with our clients love for Hollywood regency glam. By combining some natural and reclaimed materials along with more refined finishes like glass and mixing metals, incorporating some velvet, tufting and sparkle, we were able to create a luxurious and casual feel. Enjoy the dramatic before and stunning after:

I love everything!! Can you help me pick out stuff to put on the walls. I like the frames leaning against each other. I get SO overwhelmed with choices! HELP ME!!

We’d love too!!! Picking out the right things to fill the walls with… TOUGH!! You’re not alone 🙂

Very nice. I love how you balanced the geometric Craftsman lines with the rounded lamps, candles, etc. It’s hard to pick out one thing when it all works together and the whole is what stands out.
