One of the things we love most about doing Commercial Interior Design projects is truly being able to add value to a space. When we were approached to provide some updates to the Rainier Medical Building, the owners originally contacted us for suggestions on fresh paint and some different lighting. Through some cost analysis research of what similar leasing space in the area was going for, we were able to show the clients that investing about 25% more money on top of the assumed budget, they would be able to ask for a higher leasing rate for the newly renovated tenant spaces and earn the money back within a year and a half!
