We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. Since both of our families live across the country, we planned an intimate “Friendsgiving” dinner with some of our close friends here in Seattle. By gathering up our favorite fall/winter greenery from the Seattle Grower’s Market and collecting some decorative pieces that we already had, we were able to create an organic and elegant tablescape for our Friendsgiving. The beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, tasty cocktails and lots of laughs made for such a great night!  Enjoy!

We made a very simple and delicious champagne cocktail that is so easy to make and is a great cocktail to serve throughout the whole holiday season:

Spiced Cider Champagne Cocktail 

• 2 oz. Winter Jack Tennessee Cider
• Splash of fresh apple cider
• Top off the glass with your favorite bubbly
• Garnish with diced apples
