We had a great opportunity to transform an empty condo living room for our newly transplanted clients from Philly. The challenge was that it was a very small space that needed storage as well as an ample amount of seating.  They are a young and fun couple, so we wanted to give them a warm and vibrant space inspired by their colors of choice: navy, camel and coral tones. Working with a small budget, we treated this project as we treat our remote E-design projects: we pulled together the full design plan, created an easy to follow shopping/purchasing list, provided all necessary paint and finish selections, and our client did all of the purchasing and receiving. We came in after everything was delivered with an assortment of accessories to incorporate with some of their own, styled the space and put our finishing touches on it! We are thrilled with how this small project turned out in such a short amount of time!

We used Benjamin Moore, Arctic Gray on the walls and drapery panels with a neutral graphic pattern from West Elm and classic brass hardware from Crate and Barrel to really pull the room together, make the ceiling feel higher and windows feel larger than they really are.

The Ikea Besta storage system was the best choice for the space, because it’s so low profile and provides so much storage and display while looking sleek and modern. And most importantly, when you walk into the room, the LAST thing you notice is the tv, which is always our goal!
